This is my Story

Growing up in a small town, I often found myself sitting on the sidelines wondering why I wasn’t like everybody else. After struggling to feel like I genuinely belonged for most of my life, I decided it was time to break free from my limitations and step into the person I was always meant to be — confident and free to live the life I’ve always imagined. 

Now I’ve turned my transformation into an easy-to-follow system that anyone can use to unlock their potential and start enjoying life like never before. I found my niche is helping people start their businesses. I founded Compliance Review Services Inc. in 1997 and have helped thousands start up their own home health, hospice, DME, and Assisted Living Facility companies. 

I began legal nurse consulting in 1999 and have worked as one since then on a interim basis. I spent a lot of time starting the business,  learning the ropes, developing systems, forms, and training others to work with me. It recently dawned on me as a nurse educator and founder of my own nursing school, Vocational Nursing Institute Inc. in Houston, that I had special experience and skills to help new legal nurse consultants and to help make it easier for them. This grew into the idea of mentoring them. I did a pilot program for free and worked with two new legal nurse consultants and in exchange developed what was needed, established the modules, and am launching the program at an AFFORDABLE price. I found no one wanted to give me the "inside track", so I decided to become the inside track with what I am offering to others. I am committed to helping others as a nurse, and this is just one more way I can do that as I enter into my last leg of nursing at 59 young years of age.
